Kataeb MP Elias Hankache on Sunday said that the problem in Lebanon’s public administration lies in the implementation of the laws, adding that regulations are always being circumvented.
“Work must be launched to develop laws and to activate mechanization,” Hankache told Voice of Lebanon radio station.
“The problem lies in practice as fraud and tricks are taking place to bypass the laws,” he added. Audit bodies must be empowered and activated."
"We count on the youth to make a change by questioning and holding the officials accountable without fear in order to safeguard their future,” he noted.
