Three French Sports Stars Die in Argentina Helicopter Crash

Beirut’s Governor Orders Closure of Unlicensed Beauty Centers

As part of the large-scale crackdown on illegitimate cosmetic procedures that have negative side effects, Beirut’s governor Ziad Chebib ordered Wednesday the closure of unlicensed beauty centers across the capital.   Chebib tasked Beirut’s municipal council with following up on said decision, noting that designated parlors will remain closed until they obtain a relevant license.   Health Minister Wael Abu Faour had issued back in November the legal criteria
